  • 5 dried dates (can use semi-dried Medjool dates)
  • ½-1 tablespoon 100% peanut or almond butter (or preferred nut butter)
  • 5 raw almonds (optional)

  1. Open each date in the centre to make a cup. Spoon in 1/5 of the nut butter into each and then top with 1 almond.
  2. Enjoy as a snack or a healthy sweet treat.
